15 almost 16 in 2 months

Uhhh so I’m 15 about to be 16 pretty insecure about my looks I got to a comfortable point a couple months but but life did its number fucked up eating habits mental and crashed hormones and needa get back on track last two are what I used to look like but my face has changed a lot in my opinion so advice.
