I’m 15 rn and I’ve been trying for a while and seen very little improvements . Can anyone give me some tips on what to do for things such as bonemass , forward growth , height and thyroid sag . I don’t mind supplementing if it comes to it my ass is just broke 💔 anything helps , just trying to get a ton better :)

Then consider surgery if you can afford but chances are you're a broke indian so

Minoxidil and fin for hair, eyebrows and lashes

Dye eyebrows and lashes, maybe hair if it suits your coloring

Colored contacts if you have t50

Accutane if you have severe acnee

Hydrocortisone for nose

Furosemide for full debloating, it rapes your kidneys tho so be careful




And that's about it, rest is mostly cope

I’m not doing bad I’m just a normal white 5,8 15 year old I’m 5,8 which isn’t great I have a small bit of heterochromeo I have blue eyes with yellow so they look green . I’m currently on rosemary oil and derma stamp for my eyebrows . Thanks for the advice !!

ive been a long time lurker on here but im breaking my vow of silence cause youre literally describing me at 15 so i feel like im obligated to help you. if you want more specific help feel free to pm me, but out of every bit of advice i could give you, the most important things for you to do is

1. INCREASE TEST
-dial your sleep in. dont be like me and stunt your growth a fuck ton cause youre up on the game or talking to whores otp. 8 hours a night, getting to bed and waking up around the same time everyday is like taking roids at your age in terms of growth so you CANT skip this
- EAT PROPERLY. youre probably seeing a lot of "lean is law" shit on here which can be true, especially for someone like me whos bones are done growing for the most part, but at your age, its 10x more important to be getting more than enough calories so your body has the building blocks for growth. use an app like Cronometer and see what macros you should be hitting, i suggest eating for +.25-.5 pounds each week and doing cardio to burn off the excess weight, its a win-win since any cardio is good for test production. a one a day pill also goes a long way
-getting natural sunlight, working out, and overall being a stress free guy will give you that last 15-20%.

all of this shit is gonna give you a stronger, more masculine face. i really emphasize this bit for you because once youre done with puberty around 18-20, you cant really use testosterone to influence your face structure. if it means anything, id kill to be in your position again and be able to do this shit all over lmao, so please take advantage of your scenario

thought i should go back to the eating properly bit, sorry to say it but you might have to live your teen years without a super lean face in order to properly max out your growth. just remember that youre trading 2-3 years of having a lean face to have a superiorly masculine face for the rest of your life, youll thank yourself for the rest of time i promise

2. GTFO (GYMCEL THE FUCK OUT)

4-5x a week, you need to be doing some form of training for muscle. having almost 3 years of experience in the gym by the time youre 18 will set you apart from most of the people your age by a degree i dont think you can comprehend until youre there. if youre not in the gym already, i recommend the method of doing a ppl split but not doing the legs portion until 4-6 months into lifting. it makes consistently going easier simply bc working legs fucking sucks ass and theyre just not as important, after consistently lifting for a couple months though it will be a lot easier to work them in your gym schedule without wanting to rope.

like i said, pm me if you want any more advice, but these 2 are the biggest looksmaxxes for you. fuck your canthal tilt lil nigga there are bigger thinks at stake

depends on how thick your skin is imo, personally though i dont see much benefit to posting face on here. using guides of measuring psl and whatnot, you can determine your falios without having to hear 50 neurodivergent spergs telling you to roid out or kys. but if you dont care what ppl online say about you, i guess it couldnt hurt
