Okay ccw rotation, chin could be a bit more projected, but not the worst, recessed infras, tall ramus and okay eyes aswell. Dont really see any dealbreaking recessions.
You dont look so masculine, but you are still growing, so thats prob why, height aint the best either, but depending on your location, its not a huge deal and already at average height at your age in mexico (Assuming you are from there, dunno)

Shave your face, grow out your hair a bit longer, try to lose some fat & debloat and youll see big changes
