Keep trying bro you got this. It will be extremely challenging to lose all that in 3 months however. If you wanna do it healthy, cut out all carbs. Do intermittent fasting + keto and eat at a caloric deficit. You will never lose the weight if you don't atleast cut carbs, eat at a caloric deficit (eating less than your body needs for maintenance) as well as increasing the amount you move/exercise.
