Jaw + zygo implants , djs and commisuroplasty for your narrow mouth. And your face bones will fuse when you're 14-15 so it's unlikely you'll look different. I'm 20 now and been looking the same since 15

Also try microneedling and using minoxodil the top right of your left eyebrow and top left of your right eyebrow. The lack of density in those areas compared to the other parts of your eyebrow makes it look weird. Also bimatorpost for your eyelashes

Average, good pfl(length of your eyes), no recession, neutral orbital vector, great eyelash density and height but short eyebrows compared to the width of your face and lacking a strong downturned medial canthus and lack of eyelash density

step one replace those fuckass glasses with contact lenses
