I'm 15 turning 16 in 2 months I need hardmaxing advice I have a recessed maxilla and a recessed chin, underbite I'll do pretty much anything. Money is not the issue I have thousands of dollars saved up for surgery for when I turn 18, I just need help on what surgery I should get and any drugs I should be taking

If you are able to fix your maxilla the chin might follow.

You just need to stay committed.

I'm 99.999% those only work until about the age of 9, after that age their only use in orthodontics is pushing the teeth forward, but only the teeth, they will not move the maxilla. Surgery is his only option as far as I'm aware.

If you have a recessed chin and a recessed maxilla you'll likely need trimaxillary surgery (trimax), it's an all-in-one surgery doing upper jaw (maxilla) + lower jaw (mandible) + chin (genioplasty). Basically the love child of lefort+bimax and an affair with genioplasty.

If you only do lefort your chin will still be recessed, if you only do genio/bimax (depending on how severe your recession is) your maxilla will still be recessed. This is the best way to assess the issues you described.

:feelswah:
I would say anything under 21 (depending on genetics such as growth plates closing at 18-20 years old) . Anything after 25 is over. I mean hell Jordan Wood did it with his fucking thumbs at 19 :lul:

Get palate expander
His issue is maxillary projection, a palate expander will only widen the maxilla transversely (side to side), not forward. This 100% requires orthognathic surgery.

Ididnt read the thread completely but palate expander would be a good choice for the width because he got the money, not a bad choice

Honestly, a palate expander is very situational, if his palate is narrow? Then yeah 100% that's a good option, but you're kinda describing it like a cookie cutter solution and it is NOT a good idea if you don't need it, expanding for the sake of expanding will more often than not fuck up your harmony, this thread explains it pretty well with examples:

Though I'll give it to you, if he has a narrow palate it may be useful.

Forgot to mention, you're 15, your puberty isn't over, so it would be smart if you made the best of it by:
- Correcting your oral habits, too much to get into, but it boils down to correct tongue posture, proper breathing and swallowing technique. You still have 1–2 years before your facial structure is set in stone so if you practice this early it may help your case later on, THIS WILL NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS, just make them slightly better if you're lucky.
- Eat a nutrient-dense diet, limiting processed foods. You may want to supplement vitamin D3+K2 here too. Also none of that carnivore/primal bullshit, use common sense.
- Exercise, any kind, as long as you're not overtraining.
- Get sunlight
- Sleep, SLEEP! 9 hours is ideal, stop eating 2-3 hours before bed, limit blue screens before night, your sleep should be your #1 priority right now.

Tons of stuff you can do for your health, current and future aesthetics as well, but this are the best in terms of return-on-investment.
