I really need help about jaw surgery

I'm recessed AF and I was thinking I could fix it with genioplasty (I want to maximize the ROI), but now I've been paying more attention to my jaw and its SO BAD its making me suicidal.

I need help from users who know about surgery. I have very noticeable downward growth and I just can't see how genio, bimax or trimax could fix it.

i can't help you but from what you said i don't think a genioplasty alone would fix it it'd be better if you got a sort of evaluation from proper orthodontists or surgeons do scans and stuff on your bite etc,.
