no man i feel sorry for you, if it is bothering you very much, i would suggest you do get surgery. Your midface is very long and your FHWR is not ideal at all and your maxilla is extremely downward grown. im not trying to be mean to you but it would be near impossible to change all of these flaws with softmxing.
