15 with crossbite, uneven palate, and recessed maxilla

What orthodontic work should I get done to fix these as best as possible? Mouths been fucked because my parents pulled an adult molar on my left side out when I was 12 after it had turned and fucked multiple teeth already and did no more work after.

Crossbite is a horrible fate, dentists and orthodontists need to do more
Idk how old you are now but you need to get it fixed ASAP
Your parents are evil for allowing extractions

Crossbite untreated VVILL lead to asymmetry, jaw cant, and TMJ issues

Palate expansion, braces, maybe some form of headgear, idk I'm not very knowledgable about orthodontics
