Been lurking for about a year and my face has improved considerably thanks to some posts. Does anyone have any tips on what to improve at this stage/how to improve it? I have pretty bad APT and should be around 2 inches taller if I fix it (I'm 5'9 - 5'10) so any tips regarding that would be good.
