just saw some shit that made me want to rope, im a 15 yro midget who gymcelled at 14 for 9-11 months after quitting smoking chronically, im starting to give it up because who cares if youre a buff midget
, i need some serious ways to grow taller, ill do whatever it takes and cycle what ever necessary, i need serious answers. ive already diet maxxed literally only eat 1lb ground beef, 1lb steak, eggs 6-8, fish, milk 2lb or more, 4-6 oranges/ lb blueberries/ 8-16 ozpineapple and 160-200ghoney, i see benefits health wise and how i feel + look in the face, but still a midget, i do a bunch of other copes such as sprinting and heavy compound lifts, along with intermittent fasting, but i genuinely do not see how that will help. pretty sure smoking at a younger age probably fucked me even worse in the long run and now i have no choice but to use hgh. need genuine help, i cannot stand being this way forever, only solution to being this short regardless of hopping on would be to rope. add the fact that im a midget, i also have terrible brows and lashes, and no matter what i try, they just dont grow, im looking into bimatoprost, but i need a prescription for the bullshit, now im going to get ghk-cu and hope that does the trick. please help me with bonemass + height. already sleeping 8-10 hours a day and getting a good amount of sun daily, also supplementing ksm-66, mag glycinate, arginine + ornithine 5:2.5g before bed, and after breakfast d3+k2 and a multi from ekkovision. also using creatine. i need something strong and effective to not make me rope.
