Genioplasty and alar base reduction would be ideal. If you could get a ccw rotation that would be even better but if you can't accquire the funds run dutasteride + hydrocortison (and ashwaganda to mitigate side effects) for nose slimming. As for the chin projection a cheaper option would be hyaluronic acid filler.
