At 15 what are the best things to do to maximize my puberty, bone structure and just be a chad. I have 10 weeks until I have to do some traveling where I wouldn't be able to do injects for 6 weeks so that is really the only restriction for now but after those 6 weeks I am able to be consistent for a good amount.
