I know i have midface underprjoection, and that i have alot of soft tissue fullness in my face. I have horrid symmetry and i dont know how to fix this. I am gonna get surgery as an adult if puberty does not save me, and if the surgeries fail or i dont have money, i think ill rope. I will grow out my hair. What surgeries do i need

You don't even have bad potential, ropeing would just be a low iq move. Also you're too young for me to recommend surgery just softmax.
