Side effects are mild ngl, im on 30mg a day and have only had dry lips and nose but i got vaseline for that

if you cant handle side effects do low dose accutane, tret does work but ur case is abit more extreme I think. accutane will prob be more effective even if u lowdose it for a few months

Accutane or bust. Everything else is cope. And I've tried everything from tret to tazarotene. Didn't work. Accutane worked.

Yes bro its more likely PIE because I purged and im still at purging point..
