15 yo, Rate me brutally and give advice on how can I improve and ascend if possible

I know my overall skin quality isn’t the best because of my acne, my jaw is slanted and my masseters muscles aren’t balanced, I’ve tried everything to fix my other side but it doesn’t work, and my eye area isn’t the best
