so for my beard I'm already shaving my sideburns 2 to 3 times a week, I'm growing a goatee so, for the skin I've never done any skincare but I might look into it, now I should be at like 15-17% bodyfat so I could be a little bit leaner, imma drop my physique in another post rn

grew my hair, fixed my hormones, tanned, got rubber bands on my braces to fix my recessed and asymmetrical jaw and lost weight, I think that's all

Sorry to reply to an old post but when you say rubber bands to fix recessed jaw are you referring to class 2 elastics for overbite? I had them from 15-17 and feel like they may have been detrimental. Curious to hear which you had.

bro idk what type they are , idek how to check that, but they really helped me get away of my overbite and asymmetrical jaw, now I've had them for 6 months

That’s good if they are working, I had them for overbite as well. When I say class 2 it’s the ones that are like on your upper canine and then connect to the bottom teeth molars. Is that the same one you got?
