Look into turmeric/curcumin ingestion, you can ingest 2 tbsps a day and in a month you'll see complexion change.

It doesn't exactly "lighten" your skin, but it does give it a radiant glow and something similar to that of an artificial orange tan, and changes/improves your shade/complexion ultimately.

Curcumin is fat-soluble, so it stays within the fat reserves underneath your skin, and works it's anti-inflammatory magic.

My brother went on it before, and it's actually essential to his modelling look.

I'm not sure if it'll help out whiter skin, but there's no harm in giving it a go.

(Be warned it's kind of like a herb, so no, it's not tasty, it's bitter... But again, worth a shot.)
(You can ingest it raw or with black pepper to increase your body's absorption of it.)
(Do some research.)

If you do it properly, you'll be looking real hot in no time. (2-3 weeks or a Month+, probably only 2 weeks, though.)
