15K in 401K

I found 15K in my 401K account and want to cash it out asap but want to avoid paying taxes? Just want to cash with paying as little taxes as possible.

I cashed out about $9,000 last year, they took federal and state taxes out of it then (like they would with your paycheck) and then on top of that last month they sent me a 1099-R to include when filing my taxes, which jacked up my tax bill by another $1,000, it’s such bullshit. I stopped putting into it after this.
