($15k usd budget) What surgeries should I get?

I just started PSMF so my face should get more defined. Right now im ~16% bf, aiming for 8-10%. Shouldn't have an issue with sticking to the diet because I'm on 20mg adderall + I naturally never get hungry.
Right now I'm considering jaw filer, aqualyx, rhinoplasty, and removing my moles. Not sure what else to get, but I know I need a lot more bc even if I leaned down and got jaw filler, I'd still look like recessed and asymmetrical.
Rhinoplasty should be free because I have a deviated septum + I've already consulted with a doctor about that.

Not really every surgery has its risks, but you want to fix the immediate failos, like you nose and mabye a Canthoplasty with a focus on raising up the lateral canthus. Your left is much more downturned which makes you eye line look slanted and giving you uneven eyes.

I'm fine with taking the risk and getting more surgeries though as I want to be at least htn. Even with a canthoplasty and all the surgeries I listed I'll probably be mtn.
