having high bf% will cause him to have more e2 because his test is gonna aromatize so it'll actually cause his growth plates to close earlier

no it wont, the only cases where cutting would stunt growth during development is when people starvemaxx meaning they are consuming an insufficient nutrient and kcal intake for instance micronutrients are lacking along side macro nutrients such as protein carbs and fats in a correct ratio in proportion to their weight and height etc causing them to underdevelop otherwise cutting bf% doesnt mean drastically reducing consumption of everything
