area between ur outer eye corner and the edge of your face. it's pretty wide right now which is common in youth and makes your ipd look smaller than it actually is because it seems like your eyes are too far into the middle of your face. but the actual distance between your eyes seems fine, it just looks too small because of the proportions

yeah it's just part of your face maturing. also your orbital bones expand horizontally with age especially if you get into growth factors and androgens which helps to mitigate the effect of wide temples
