losing the face fat (diet), getting a good skincare regimen with a retinoic acid (and preferably ghk-cu; your skin seems to be lacking in collagen a bit) and getting in the gym will make the largest difference in your appearance aside from surgery, and it’s a good starting point too. Second thing I recommend is to fix your hair; I’m not too well versed on haircuts so I’m not qualified to give in depth advice but I would def fix the hair health and cut it down a bit on top and ditch the fade.
