ok get those are u will grow alot conbine it with sprinting 30 seconds 4 times with 1 minute breaks each 3 days of the week, drinking 4 liters of water, and being in a calorie surpluss of about 200 calories (steak, avacado, eggs,yogurt, ect are best)
 
get both not just one mb*
 
Gonna start pinning actual hgh though.
