15M Please rate me and give me advice on how to improve

Okay I know I look young and have very femenine face features, I am not lying about my age. Let me also say I know I'm ugly I just want to know HOW ugly I am and what I can do to improve beacause I have no idea where to start. I am 5'6 and 52 KG, (I know I'm skinny af and short asf) I've been trying to eat healthier and excersize more, but the main thing I currently am trying to work on is my face, so I would really appreciate it if you could give me a rating, tell me what a need to improve/how to improve (Eg facial excersizes and stuff, I can't do any a surgeries) and yeah thankyou for reading. Also I will grow out my hair, as I know I look extra chopped with this weird buzzcut

Just reincarnate and hope for better infras
