LTN, the chin hair is brutally nerfing you and you need a better glasses frame. I would look into square/round glasses frames. As for the chin hair I recommend keeping it short or cutting it off completely as your mustache lacks density/is barely visible so it looks off. I also think you should shave the hair you got on your sideburn's.

You don’t look overweight but you appear to have a somewhat high body fat percentage so I recommend to start going to the gym and focus on weightlifting. Simultaneously, you should begin a slight calorie deficit with less processed foods and sodium.

Your haircut is also hindering your looks by a lot so I recommend getting it textured/layered and keeping the fringe you have right now. I also recommend fading the sides to give it a cleaner look.

Lastly, I would recommend starting a small skin routine. Just a basic cleanser and moisturizer as your skin doesn’t look bad right now but you’re still young so it will inevitably change. You could benefit greatly from tanning since it would create a higher contrast with your blonde hair.

Overall, you have a good base but it looks apparent you’re not putting as much effort into your looks as most.
