5'8 been on accutane 4 months with like 3 more to go

Trim your hair just above your eyebrows as your eyebrows are quite thick and your eye area is the best part of your face you have some recession tho especially your chin your lips are very thin and not a great shape your nose is quite big and you have acne quite bad but your on accutane so those problems should resolve you also have no ramus

There is nothing you can do about your lips without surgery or smth your nose should shrink with the accutane your chin recession is smth you cant really change as I’m guessing the problem is your teeth and gum development you should speak to a orthodontist or dentist , your ramus can easily be fixed with just a hard food diet like meat and stuff make sure you chew like 25 times on each side

You also have a slight recessed maxilla this is what makes your nose appear bigger but I don’t actually think you can fix a recessed maxilla
