aii bro i’m not gonna give u all this scientific stuff at ur age because at 15 (this excludes you if ur mtn & lower just toasterinabathtubmaxx) nothing really matters except school & social life, but 100% keep maximising everything u can but dont feed into this peptide propaganda and allat shit until u are fully developed/growth plates are closing.
