Sorry for thr trolling. I think you are 3.5/10 bro. You look weak and very juvenile. Just wait for a few years 18 is too early for surgeries imo atleast 21. In the meanwhile, focus on gymaxxing, studycelling and building a strong social circle.

Ive been going gym for about a month and although i already look and feel springer than when i started im not seeing any changes in the face which was making me a bit worried. Do you think if i maximise my test in these years my chin can project properly and I can develop more of a bone structure or is it already do late?

Giant could maybe fix your skull. Lefort 3 with glabella implants, radix grafts, OBO aswell for IPD, fillers and fat grafts, cantho.
