yeah thats good. I took 50mg on empty stomach. My acne got better because of it . Now im at 100 but if you take it you should always take some hours apart from things like calcium , iron magnesium and cu.

50mg is a must in my opinion but its up to you depending on your goals

for like 5 months now. And no I didnt had any sides. But 100mg is a very high dose . 50mg would be better if you scared of copper deficieny
