i know ts question stupid asl but i dont have a growth spurt since 8th grade and im real happy to grow just a bit 
15y 9m and currently on a growth spurt, grew from 5'6.5 to 5'8 on a month, how can i maximise my growth?

sure buddy, 5cm in one month, without gear. just tell the truth. we dont care. also there is a Botb section, idk if new users dont know this i would recommend go with a basic hgh and ai stack. you can always upgrade the stack later
