I'm 15 and a half years old, and my Tanner stage is around 3.5, which means I'm still in early puberty. I'm currently 188 cm tall. My dad is 206 cm and my mom is 177 cm. Based on this, what would you predict my final height to be? Should I just aim to grow as tall as possible, or is there such a thing as an ideal height?
