I started halo about a week ago in my friends notice that I am taller I usually use 3-5 cm lifts and for a bit I didn't wore them and told them I don't have it in and there were multipole friends who were the same height as me or even a bit taller then me now I am the taller without a height boosters.

I have been on HGH for a while and didn't seem to grow (maybe it was bunk) but now the legit 1100 iu HGH is on the way so we will see
