Tomorrow am I going to the doctor, because of my narrow palate(fucking 6 teeth smile) and a narrow face. Hopefully can he direct me to a orthodontist or sm. Because of my fuckass child habits I have now problems with correct tong posture and swallowing and small signs of sleep apnea. What do i need to tell this guys so they can give me sm like mse? And what areas can can mse improve? 15y btw

He can tell from an inspection if you need it. If your maxilla is narrow and you need braces you either get teeth pulled out and get an expander.
