I’d go with 6IU of HGH; you’ll probably need a higher dose of Aromasin and should take it daily.

Most supplements are just cope anyway, but you might want to add calcium and zinc.

If you’re running this stack (which is very effective and will deliver results), make sure you’ve mastered the basics. You might think, “Yeah, I already know all that,” but are you actually doing it? Prioritize high-quality sleep, this means going to bed fucking EARLY. Get into a solid calorie surplus, ideally gaining 1-3kg per month. It doesn’t matter exactly what you eat right now; the goal is to build a strong foundation. Bulk up properly, you’ll thank yourself when you’re 20.

Much luck you have all you need, but hormones are nothing without proper lifestyle, this is true no matter what you may hear on this forum, so really invest time into this.
Thank you man, and yes i do know the basics read countless threads and studies and im bulking up atm, i used to be a lil skinny and would look like a skeleton without the muscle i had.
