I lost over 10kg in the last 3 months and got a sixpack i cant be that fat how much more should i lose

I might be wrong you didn’t mention weight or posted a picture of you physic but you kinda look overweight on your face

Might be the pictures i dont look fat irl im 72.5kg rn was at 82kg few months ago cuz i bulked i was 74 kg in the pic with the white shirt but i didnt had any muscles back then

If you can’t get tretinoin try to get benzoyl peroxide skincare then if you haven’t

Honestly doesn’t matter but when I had it really bad I used just all CeraVe stuff and that helped. the real key was tretinoin then to accutane honestly but that’s a very last resort cause mine was really really bad. Make sure if you start accutane or tretinoin, either one, you use a hydrating facial wash or any wash for “normal to dry skin” cause those medicines dry you tf out

i used selgamis creme and some la roche posay effaclar it worked pretty well might try to get accutane if i dont got clean skin in a month or so
