ye i use accurate + tret. i agree w the lip filler my upper lip sucks but u rlly reckon i need a rhino?

u have wide nostrils ur nose aint rlly big but still on the big side the tip is quite bulbous

no accutane and tret is supposed to make oil glands smaller and have inflammatory properties lol

yes i know that. it shrinks pores which is why people refer to a thing called accutane nose. but no matter how shrunk your pores are your nose can still bloat which is the main case for me besides obv having some not so good nose genes
