What happen? Breakup so i stopped eating and js started working out so 1000calorie diet for 2.5 months + training gets you this lost 6 pounds bw but my strength went up.
Also im hopping on a cycle ik im still skinny fat and small asf
also lmk potential went from 6.0 145bw to 137-140ishbw 6.1
