GH should be administered at doses around 0.1 mg/kg/day, combined with GH secretagogues, such as MK-677 at 25+ mg/day and CJC-1295 with DAC at 2+ mg/week.

Additionally, estradiol (E2) should be maintained at below 15 pg/mL using an aromatase inhibitor (AI) of choice.
Furthermore, cilostazol at 25+ mg/day should be used to increase cGMP in the growth plate.

Other additions include forskolin at 50–100 mg/day and bioregulators such as Cartalax at 2 mg/day.
