Your dermatologist will likely start you on some topical treatments and weaker options to see if that resolves the issue; if not, isotretinoin is usually the last option they choose. You don't have bad cystic acne so I think it will be fixed before you get to accutane. It is still the best option for you to go to a dermatologist though before you get scarring.

i doubt you'll see much.

maybe slightly dryer skin, small purge. but it's all gonna be a lot less compared to standard doses most ppl use.
