NEED URGENT ADVICE ON ORALS + ACCUTANE

I am basically running :

300mg test e for 16 weeks (with hcg) as my first cycle
and on cycle I will also add anavar nearing the end. my problem is :

I am on accutane, which is already fucking with my triglycerides and cholesterol in general (as well as my liver).

Can I still take the anavar? if yes, what should I do to keep the side effects in check and not just kill myself

btw I also take for on cycle support :

TUDCA, Liver support supplement (with all the things like NAC, milk thistle extract etc..), citrus bergamot and high dose fish oil (multiple grams)

You can take Anavar, but start with a lower dose and monitor liver and cholesterol levels closely. Increase fish oil and maintain liver support supplements plus a blood test
