tbh I wouldn't be the best person to ask im still learning a lot ovb but if you're still developing (which you should be) probably just chew hard foods, maintain correct posture and make sure ur tongue is positioned correctly. really you just want to avoid bad habits like bad posture and shit that'll not give you forward growth. could also look into thumbpulling but all I've heard about it is that it's cope. I haven't personally done enough research to know though. goodluck tho man
