hey bhais, i’d like a rating please in terms of;
- genetic strengths & weaknesses
- how bad my insertions are (short bicep, incel chest)
- rating my frame (clavicles, scapula etc.)
- estimating my possible potential after gymcelling
First of, i know im a skinnycel JFL
I was always a very,very skinny kid.
I’ve been lifting 3x/wk Upper Body only (couldnt train my legs due to knee injury till now) for 2 months, coupled with tracking my calories for 4 months, resulting in gaining 8kg / 17lbs (yes, i was even skinnier before this, at 190cm / 63kg, so underweight even lol)
THE PLAN FOR NOW;
Tracking Calories:
I will continue tracking my calories with Yazio.
My current daily caloric intake is 3,200 Calories with Macros being;
385g of Carbs
150g of Protein
100g of Fat
My monthly weight gain goal is 2kg / 4,4 lbs,
so 500g per week.
I’ve also been mealprepping on sundays for school. I use glasscontainers so i can avoid
((( microplastics ))) .
Workout Programm:
Obviously i know nothing about programming yet, so i hopped on this program:
which i modified with more chest work (as my chest is dogshit), and i replaced the leg days with just leg exercises.
I will track my Workouts with “Alpha Progr.” for now, as its free AFAIK and allows me to do basically everything i want.
I will train using Hypertrophy and progressive Overload.
I also have Kickboxing Practice two times a week coupled with wrestling once a week (wrestling on the weekends and not every weekend tho).
So to not overtrain and stay consistent
so for now i will up my training to 4x a week, and after a month or so go 5x
I plan on staying natural as i dont want to fuck up my intestines, life expectancy, hormones and dick.
(I have no clue about steroids tbh or how you can use them to your advantage & minimize risks so to each their own but im high inhib and i have Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction already, so i know how important a functioning dick is)
Lean with Muscle is enough for me aswell.
