Currently 6 months into the gym, went from twig to this (not really sure if "this" is good or not lmk). Kinda lost rn im lacking in motivation and don't know if i should jus pin or keep going as natty. I do have a fairly good split witch is amp (front body back body). If anybody has any possible motivation tips or tips in general it would be pretty helpful.
