you're 16 and you're not fully developed so don't go too hard on yourself for cutting, you need to get as many nutrients in as you can for full development, when you get to 20-21 years old you'll naturally develop hollower cheeks and have lower face fat presence. possibly so i wouldnt cut if you arent insecure about it which is why i thought you were asking. your maintenance is roughly 2,694 cals so do what you please with that knowledge.Will this not affect me during development and puberty tho
