16 and 1.82 (5'11) what can I do?

So my dad was once around 190-191 (6'2) but he's 188 now and my mom was around 168-170 (5'6) but she's also shorter now.

My growth spurts are very, very slow. When I was 13-14 I was maybe 174 or so and now at 16, like I mentioned I'm 182. So that's 8cm (3 inches) in fucking 2-3 years. But then again I could be wrong.

The one thing I remember clearly though was being 165-167 at 10 years old.

I'm honestly stressing every single day because I don't know if my growth plates are open or not. I do have subtle pain below my knees though and I have found my self eating more than I used to.

What can I do?

Even though this is probably better advice than most copes people say, I wish I could actually get good advice instead of just "just blast hgh" it's getting pretty annoying

I could make a micro example of every single height max with 1 sentence.

Vitamin maxxing, stack could be found on google. Or botb

Running, and jumping jacks.

Tying an elastic rope to each leg onto bed frame.

Speed running.

Hgh peptides.

Or pure hgh.

Whatever and whatever
