16 and 5' 10" is it over?

moms height: 164cm
dads height: 185cm

I'm not sure if my growth plates are fused or not, I tried to ask for a wrist x-ray but I can't get one rn. I had my knees x-ray'd for something else back in July 2025 and a day later my mom asked them if my plates were fused but the doctors didnt rlly gaf and rushed an answer but they said it was probably close to fusing so idek.

I grew like maybe 1cm a few months ago so im not done growing but it's been very slow from 15-16

my sleep is kinda dogshit so im trying to fix that already (if that even matters much ) but any advice is appreciated if theres anything I can do.

Sleep matters a lot cuz thats when u grow, other than that youre prob too late unless you get like a random ass growth spirt out of your ass. Make sure to fill out your frame cuz small ppl look really wide
