16 and a late bloomer tryna reverse Recession (give useful advice please)

2 and a half years ago I got 2 upper and 2 lower teeth removed. I still got braces and I'm recessed. I got a meeting with my orthodontist coming up. What things should I ask for. Orgonathic stuff or what?

I'm 16 and entering puberty late. My plan for bones is cycling Ipamorelin and cjc 1295/pallete expander/bone smashing

Any tips would help

peptides will barely do anything as well, and if youve had teeth removed (other than the wisdom teeth) its over, youve lost support.

not sure, there's a lot that needs to change for starters

Explain how I'm "unsavable" and how it's over. I mean cjc and Ipamorelin pallete expander bimax. Orgonathic surgery. Orbital decompression and canthoplasty

All of that and since I'm still in puberty I gotta be healthy. But if I do all of that I don't think it's over
