16 and haven't grown for 4 months is my height growth stopping already ?

I'm 16 and 10 months and I don't have armpit hair or facial hair still. I am pretty sure I'm a late bloomer but I just feel like I should be way taller for how tall my parents are and I'm disappointed , for reference my mum is 5'11.5 and is still taller than me... My dad is also 5'11 and I'm 5'11. My dad told me he had a growth spurt from being 5'2 at 15 to 5'11 mainly through 17/18 but I'm unsure if I'll follow in his path as I haven't grown for a good 4 months. I also wanted to get a bone age x-ray but have no idea how to obtain one. What can I do ?

go to your general provider (worked for me depends on your case and doctor and stuff) and literally just ask for a left wrist X ray
if you can't do that, then fake a wrist injury, they'll X ray probably
