Pulled steak sandwiches are incredibly easy, cheap, and tasty. I would go with that or like pulled pork sandwiches if you want a cheaper alternative. Wake up 1-2 hours early, make sandwiches, and Sell each for $4. Should be cheaper than cafeteria or convenience store options so students would come to you.

You can’t really do to much, you could try buying used furniture and other used things than make them look new and then resell. If you have a good sense of style you can go to thrift stores and look for finds to then sell later
